ISSUE: General database error during install or upgrade.
   
RESOLUTION: Contact support for assistance.
            Create a sev 1 ticket at https://support.flexagon.com/support/home if this is a production server.
            If you don't have access to the Flexagon support site, email support@flexagon.com to start a ticket.
            Create a lower severity ticket if is not a production server.
            Attach file {1} to the ticket.
            Do not run the upgrade again until advised by the Flexagon support team.
