FlexDeploy 5.4 Releases

FlexDeploy 5.4.0.1

FlexDeploy 5.4.0.1 has been released and includes enhancements, usability improvements, and bug fixes. Here are a few highlights:

  • Salesforce integration improvements for auto rollback on error, support for ProfilePasswordPolicy object type, and support for API version 49
  • New Blueprint for Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS)
  • UX improvements for removing All Files option in a Release and Search Group copy
  • Package Build Type configuration options for restricting build and deploy of All Files and Packages
  • Outgoing Webhooks enhancements include a new event for when a Release is started or stopped
  • Webhooks enhancements such as new functions, flexibility related to emails, and additional sample documentation
  • Plugin enhancements and updates for Oracle Integration Cloud, Service Bus, OBIEE, E-Business Suite, and JDeveloper
  • Plugin enhancements and updates for Salesforce, Terraform, and Maven
  • Project Configuration Streams enhancement for managing the build sequence number
  • Pipeline improvements for flexibility of stage execution

FlexDeploy 5.4.0.2

FlexDeploy 5.4.0.2 has been released and includes enhancements, usability improvements, and bug fixes. Here are a few highlights:

  • Salesforce integration improvements for Org to Org comparison, Source Control to Salesforce Org comparison, Package to Salesforce Org comparison, and the ability to view & update package.xml to pull the changes from Salesforce
  • Webhooks enhancements
  • Kubernetes usability and documentation improvements
  • REST APIs, Webhooks, and Project Templates enhanced for updating stream SequenceNumber and ProjectBuildSequence
  • Confirmation popup for aborting and replaying a stage on Release Dashboard

FlexDeploy 5.4.0.3

FlexDeploy 5.4.0.3 has been released and includes enhancements, usability improvements, and bug fixes. Here are a few highlights:

  • Salesforce integration improvements on the Salesforce tab to customize the package.xml file with project property PACKAGE_XML_PATH and provides a summary of change metrics.
  • Isolated Networks Support – Some customers require strict network isolation between environments for security and other reasons. Customers employing this type of architecture can install FlexDeploy inside the isolated network and copy execution details in zip format from other environments. This approach enables an automated build-once/deploy-many approach while maintaining the required security practices.
  • Build/Deploy/Utility workflow execution can be resubmitted using icons on project activity table. Re-build/Re-deploy/Re-execute buttons are also available on workflow execution page.
  • New System Setting under Email Communication to attach logs to “Request Completed” and “Request Failed” notification events.
  • ServiceNow instance creation page provides option to change the url for GET, POST and Navigation URL. For example, ServiceNow user can switch from default Change Request to use Service Catalog by updating the url.
  • Plugin enhancements and updates for the following Oracle products:  EBS, WebLogic, SOA, MDS
  • Plugin enhancements and updates for Salesforce, Tomcat, SoapUI

FlexDeploy 5.4.0.4

FlexDeploy 5.4.0.4 has been released and includes enhancements, usability improvements, and bug fixes. Here are a few highlights:

  • Azure DevOps Boards integration is now supported out of the box
  • Azure DevOps Git integration via new Webhooks function for change logs processing
  • Usability improvements for managing Workflow properties, additional test connection features, and copying Project URLs
  • Jython plugin: execute Jython code from either a file or a code snippet directly, including support for partial deployment projects
  • Plugin enhancements and updates for the following Oracle products:  Integration Cloud, Database, OBIEE, ODI
  • Plugin enhancements and updates for Terraform, Perforce, Groovy, REST
